Leadership Skills Development: Learning Outcomes
CMOE’s Leadership Skills Development courses are created using a proven performance-based learning approach that is designed to:

The aim is to maximize a leader’s potential so they can get the most out of those that they lead.

CMOE’s Leadership Skills Development Programs can be designed as a one-time learning event or a phased learning experience that takes place over a period of time. The selected approach can include in-person classroom experiences, digital learning, and/or live-virtual delivery options.
